Each pearl is a young green leaf, rolled and laid over jasmine blossoms for several nights. The scent is not an oil; it is taken from the flower. The cup is pale, sweet, and should not be rushed.

Water well below boiling — around 80°C. Two minutes for the first infusion. The pearls open and can be poured again.
