Returns

You may return unused goods within 14 days of receipt. The item should be in its original condition, unopened where it is food.

Opened honey, tea and comb cannot be resold and are not accepted for change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — write to us with a photograph.

Pottery that arrives cracked is collected at our cost. Handmade variation in glaze and form is not a fault.
